Covid-19 Emergency Relief Project for Food Supply, Bharatpur, India

During Covid-19 lockdowns in India ONE. teamed up Usha Solanki and her team from Darakht Chhanv Foundation to take an immediate emergency response initiative in the city of Bharatpur in Rajasthan, India.

The mission was to ’Feed the Hungry’ during the lockdown where everyone had to stay indoors which resulted in life-threatening situations for many day laborers left without money and food.

Over 300 families in most serious situations were repeatedly supported with food ration packs which were packed and handed out by the Darakht Chhanv Foundation, backed by the funding of ONE.
