Initiation of an international volunteer program to connect volunteers from Western countries to social projects in Kolkata.
Establishment of local partnerships, a compound to stay, on-site guidance of the volunteers and connection with social work projects.
Initiation of a knowledge exchange with young adults from marginalised areas with the aim to help offer certified skill and trainings for job readiness.
